I suspect how they get to 4 stars. It is just fake. They must have hired someone to increase their stars.

They offered low price on Uship. After booking and get the billing information. The first person who dealt with never pick up phone again. Later when you call other number, the people who answer the phone are rude. You have to keep repeating everything again and again. It seems they don't have the record of your order and have no intension to do the service. After 10 days of booking they increased the rate by more than $300. which end up much higher than other bidder. then they assign you a driver and probably pay them a very low rate and they deny the picking up. I have to go to another company. however, many days has passed. I have rent more days.

These people who deal with you treat you very unprofessionally. They sounds like hooligans.

My suggestions, never never never and never use them. They are just fake and cheaters.

This shipper booked with another service that misled him & we were able to find a Reliable carrier for him & cut our fee in half to help with the cost that was only $100 more than the original cost. we use Top Rated carriers from this site & the payment is at delivery to the carrier directly no middle man!
