I dealt with Romano and I must say I was very impressed with his customer service. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the process. Worked fast and efficient I got my car the same day as pickup and didnt cost me nearly as much as i expected. They are a very professional and helpful. Would definitely use them again if I need to ship a car they are the best I give them an A+++
