Hired this company to transport a motorcycle from Calgary to Ontario. Motorcycle was in showroom condition prior to leaving Calgary...(pictures and video to prove). I was lied too, multiple times in regards to arrival time, I was lied too in regards to having insurance for transporting the vehicle, I was lied too in regards to transporting my newly purchased motorcycle in a safe and secure manner. All this for $1073 "THESE GUYS ARE BUTCHERS." The owner Andy is deceiving individual and a liar. After 30 unanswered phone calls, motorcycle finally arrived late and almost night time so inspection was as difficult to conduct as possible. The result was, A broken kick stand, three dents to the exhaust system, broken tail light, broken license plate holder, multiple scrapes to the frame, scrapes to front caliper, scrapes to front fender, and much more. After a damage estimate was assessed by a professional motorcycle shop, over $12,000 in damage was done to this motorcycle. After multiple discussions on the phone, he agreed to cover the damages but not through the insurance but instead he (Andy) would look after it. Weeks have gone by without any progress, emails and text messages are being ignored and here I sit now for my next move, legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will do everything in my power to discourage anyone and everyone possible, and tell experience dealing with this individual and this company. This is only the beginning. Every forum, every site that i belong too will hear about it. BBB is next.
