I purchased a vehicle via the internet and have had nothing but problems with the individual I purchased my vehicle from. I won't bore with details (I believe my story could make it on Jerry Springer), but there has been only one positive item throughout my nightmare - Automotive Transport, Inc.

Twice I have arranged for my seller to prepare for shipping, with his complete assurance that everything was ready. The first time, he never responded to the carrier's phone calls. The second time, he didn't even have possesion of the vehicle.

Regardless of these errors (basically, mine) when I contacted Automotive Transport, Inc., I was informed that I could still arrange shipping under the same, initial contract, at no additional costs!!

Not only this, but my communications with the people at Automotive Transport, Inc have been nothing less than heartwarming and understanding. I thank Paula and her troops for their help and understanding.

THEIR SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE!!

If ever I transport another vehicle or am asked to recommend a transporter, there is no doubt in my mind Automotive Transport, Inc.
