I dropped off at their terminal point near the Ft Myers airport. The process took 5 minutes and they then took me to the airport free. The car was estimated to take 2 weeks to arrive. I dropped off on Friday and they explained it would not be picked up until Monday. The car arrived the following Friday, a week early. The car wasn't even dirty. Very pleased. Will definitely use again.
