This was the first time I used an auto transporter to ship a car. Before I shipped the car, I came across this website. I saw a few very bad reviews but I saw more very good reviews (assuming they are REAL). I assure myself that these people with bad experience must have bad luck. So I decided to give it a try - Big Mistake! The car was damaged when it arrived. Someone broke the locked trunk from inside. When I reported this to Autolog, they blame my car's age and my lack of evidence (pictures of every inch of the car before shipping). The "terminal" they are so proud of is like a junk yard. Life in a new city was always difficult. Autolog just made it worse.
