I called Autoline after contacing several other transport companies to transport our Honda Civic from Novi, Michigna to Kensington Maryland. I was immediately connected with Heidi Hill at Autoline who efficiently and with sensitivity listened to the request for transport. My daughter had a health emergency out of state which necessitated my living in Maryland for a long period of time.
I needed the car wihin a week for an important scheduled appointment. After a brief conversation Heidi has the Honda Civic for transport to Kensington Maryland. Needless to say my daughter and I were relieved.

The Honda Civic was picked up in Novi Michigan as scheduled on time. The driver was kind and helpful in his approach. The Honda Civic was than delievered to the address as instructed on time and once again the driver was kind and so helpful in his conversation with me.

The entire experience with Autoline is one that rates at a 10+. I hightly recommend Autoline for any transport service both for a great price and importantly a high quality of service. The sensivity and efficiency in each contact is rare today.
