Our main contact, Heidi Hill was very helpful and friendly during the booking process. We paid $875 to ship our car from CA-OH. When it was time to ship the car, the driver called a day before he wanted to pick up the car to schedule a time. I checked in with the driver about 5 days into the journey to see what his expected day of delivery would be and he was in fact there on that day. The only bummer was that the car was delivered at 10pm at night which made it difficult to inspect for damage. The driver apologized for the late delivery and explained that he had to wait a few hours for an earlier customer who had a flight delay. He was very pleasant and still had 2 more deliveries to make before midnight.
