I finally received my deposit back. I requested it on the 3rd of August and my bank recorded it on the 12th of August and I didn't see it in my account until the 15th of August. The negative response could have been avoided with a phone call that had been requested at least 5 times if not more. I want to do what is honorable and correct the record. However I do still feel that the company needs to address their communications with customers and the timeliness of the refund process.
