I placed the order on June 29th and soon received and e-mail confirmation about the pick-up date and time which was July 1st. The representative I spoke with (Heidi) was very helpful and honest about the pick-up and delivery dates. Although there were some concerns about these dates, it turned out to be what I was expecting.
