From my initial call to Sam, to the day the car was dropped off, the service and communication were excellent. The price I was quoted, wasn't the cheapest, but the way I was treated by the "cheapest" guys, wasn't very reassuring! Sam's price was competitive and close enough to not be the deciding factor. The other guys seemed to be fast talkers and "hustlers." Sam was to the point, open and upfront. Mike the driver, was courteous, on time, helpful and thorough. We had a snag when we couldn't get the antenna off of my car and it wouldn't fit in his trailer. He patiently waited while we unbolted it, while most drivers would have huffed and puffed about delaying them, Mike was cool and never said a word. At the destination point, we hit another snag, and Mike was kind enough to help me out, and was nothing but courteous and composed about going out of his way to help me. He was great!
