i was on a very tight schedule to get my car shipped befor i left for boston. auto zipper(and every other company i talked to) were not able to guarantee a pick-up during the 3 day window i had. Brian said that it was a very common route and he would make sure it would happen. I got a call the night befor the 3rd day, and was told they couldnt get the truck to san diego on time, but would have a flat bed truck pick up my car and transport it if LA to meet the other truck ,if it was ok with me. they picked it up, and it was delivered to me 6 days later.They were professional, friendly, and took great care of me. i will use auto zipper again and recomend them to anybody.
