I've shipped cars 3 times, this being my fourth and this is the first time I was pleased. Car was picked up and returned on time. Additionally it was in the same shape that it was picked up in. Service throughout wad good but follow up after car was delivered was spectacular relating to a question we had about cost and billing. Brian called and emailed promptly resolving the question in less than a day to our complete satisfaction. If we ever need to ship cars again Autozipper will be the only ones we will use.
