I was beginning to think that *every* auto shipping company was shady UNTIL talking with Brian at AutoZipper. The price seemed about average for a cross-country haul, but what was more important was that I could tell this was an honest business.

Other companies immediately tried to push me into booking a pick-up, which sent up red flags for me. Brian answered my questions, explained how the process worked, was not pushy, and was very available and prompt at returning calls.

My car is a vintage 60s ford, and I was concerned about it being banged up during the 3,000 mile drive from CA to RI– so I opted for the enclosed carrier, which cost a couple hundred more (seems standard). It arrived with no damage.

The driver was friendly and prompt in picking up my car. It was a little weird to let the car go off with a stranger after signing the forms– but all turned out fine. The car arrived with no problems. Only complaint I had was that I didn't get the 24 hour advance notice from the driver when he was going to be in town, but instead just had a few hours notice. It was alright though, as he was delivering on the day that was predicted, and I can imagine it would be a little difficult to call when coming through CT/NY area. No delay in arrival despite it being during New Year's, and with some winter storms, so the driver did well at keeping on schedule.

Would definitely use AutoZipper again!
