Extraordinary service

From beginning to end this was the best auto transport service I have ever used. Our contact person, Brian Cronin, was efficient, cheerful, honest and thorough. The communication from start to finish was outstanding. Brian kept in frequent touch. I never felt as though I was being a bother calling or emailing to ask questions. Always made to feel like I was a valued customer and that my satisfaction was paramount. Brian is very patient, always good-natured. I was also able to call our driver personally (but thats not always possibly- I was lucky) when he was hung up in an ice/snowstorm. Our driver was kind and good humored and seemingly appreciated the contact. Brian at Autozipper said that he only uses upbeat, easy-going drivers.

The car arrived in perfect condition and we could not have been more pleased. It was just a little Toyota Tacoma, but I felt the service and white glove treatment was as tho we shipped a Porsche 911 Turbo. Last year we shipped a BMW convertible from Mass. using a well known company- it was not the easy pleasant experience this was.

You will be glad you used Autozipper- Brian is the best- superb service in every way!
