I was very concerned about shipping my car cross country. All the companies I talked to were brokers and most seemed less than professional. Brian was straight forward, referred me to the BBB web site and delivered a completely documented quote through his web site. He gave me his personal cell phone and responded quickly to my questions.

He was able to schedule a pickup within a day of me paying my deposit. His website allowed me to use PayPal to pay my deposit rather than others who wanted me to fax all my credit card data to them. The driver tried to get us to pick up the car 30 miles away from the promised destination and told us there would be an extra charge to deliver it directly to our house. One call to Brian and the issue was settled and the car delivered on time to the original destination.

I would highly recommend Autozipper. They are a solid company in an industry cluttered with less than reliable companies.
