Moved brand new Outback from RI to Colorado, and every aspect of move was exactly as described. Brian was great, and arranged a pick-up in an enclosed carrier for one day after I enquired. Driver was courteous and friendly and car arrived exactly as planned in perfect condition. First time we've done this, and highly rec'd Brian and Autozipper! Friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented.
