I spent a lot of time researching auto transport reviews at this site. I read a review by a person that stated that he wished he would have looked into the company he used on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) web site (Poor Review) . I'm glad that I saw this comment, and I looked up many transporters BBB ratings. Some of the highest rated companies on this site (4-5 Star) do not have good BBB or consumer reviews. I found two that were at the same address, (Oregon State), One with an unbelievably poor rating (F), the other (1 Yr service) with only a fair rating.
I came across AutoZipper, and researched the company on the BBB site. (A-). I don't understand the A-, as there were NO complaints what so ever, all zeros. It was the ONLY company I found that had no complaints, and I spent many hours on research. I called Brian to set up transport expecting to get a quote in 4 -6 days. He said he would try to get back to me in 24 hours. He called back 15 minutes later to ask if the auto could be picked up the next day, (Which it was!) . I did not expect such exceptional service. Also, I was charged the open trailer fee, but my car was shipped in an enclosed trailer (Oregon to Ohio). How cool is that ?
The driver, (Mike), pulled up to deliver the car in a very clean impressive transport truck. He unloaded my car, undamaged, and it was so clean that it did not need washed. Mike, as well as Brian called me several times during transport to fill me in on where the car was with updated ETA's. What outstanding service. All transport companies should conduct business like AutoZipper!
I was not, and will not be paid for this review. Transport Reviews does not have a high enough rating (5 Stars) for this firm. I would rate it 7 stars if possible. If you are lucky enough to get Mike as a driver, you need not worry about your car being shipped.
