I was extremely confused and more scared when it came down to choosing a carrier to ship my car from LA to Boston. A few of my friends recommended Autozipper and I decided that I don't want to spend more time looking around and gave them a shot. Brian, is extremely knowledgeable and walked me thru each step of the way on how to ship a car. I was already at Boston when I was trying to ship my car. He arranged for the driver have a look at it and initially gave me a timeline of 10-14 days, but apparently had it picked up earlier from LA. The car was here early but unfortunately the driver Hasan was very lousy, as he kept asking me to call back and delaying and promising the date and time of delivery. I spoke with Brian and he straightened everything out and had the driver deliver my car the very next day in the exact same condition as I left it. Brian kept me informed all the time and was extremely helpful is all steps of the way. I would recommend using Autozipper to anybody who is shipping their car this route and are undecided on the carrier the have to choose.
