The driver and his wife were friendly and professional. They actually wanted to pick up the car a day early, but I could not meet them at that time. The car was shipped to my friend in California. She had never had a car shipped to her before and did not know what to expect, but there were no problems due to excellent communication. The car was delivered on time and to a slightly different location, a couple of blocks from her home, so it would be easier to maneuver the truck.
