Contact with Brian was outstanding. He accomodated my needs for timing very well and was available by phone during the entire process. They picked up the cars in the time window stated and delivered the cars when they said they would. No damage to the cars. Overall service was excellent. The only negative (on the first of the two cars that I sent at different times) was that the drivers called late at night to pick up the car. But Brian clarified to the future drivers that late calling was unacceptable. In short, Brian and the drivers were vary accomodating, and I was very pleased.
