The pickup was prompt.. the only bad part was that the delivery ended up being a bit confusing. Specifically, there was an emergency that the driver had that postponed the delivery by two days.

Brian was always very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. The real problem was with the driver having the emergency and in these situations it is difficult to tell whether this could have been communicated better to me.

All in all, once Brian was notified of the issue, he promptly called the company and relayed the status of the vehicle.

Once I got the vehicle, it was barely dirty and not damaged at all.

I would definitely use autozipper again.
