The customer service was excellent. They picked my car up on Saturday and dropped it off Tuesday afternoon. The estimated drop-off date was Friday, but the car arrived much earlier on Tuesday. The driver even went the extra mile to drop it off around a certain time. I would definitely recommend this company as well as use them again.
