Delivery wasn't Great

This is Part Two of Pick Up was Great and deals with the Delivery of the vehicle.
When the car was picked up in Florida, Chris the driver told me he expected to deliver the car to my son on Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. Our son got a call on Wednesday from the driver saying he was in California and that the car was dropped off at a lot in Glendale, California. We were under the impression that the car would be delivered to our son's apartment, not sit in a lot. Our son was somewhat miffed as there was no mention of a different scenario. After a few phone calls to Brian we found out where the car was at least. Calls to the Transport Company's lot were not returned in any kind of timely fashion. We were finally told the car would be delivered by a smaller truck as soon as possible. The car was finally delivered on Friday. Again, the pick up part was great and Brian was great but the delivery of the car left alot to be desired.
The car arrived intact although quite dirty. A very stressful time for the delivery part.
