This was my first time using an auto transport and I had a great experience working with Brian. Prior to placing an order with him, I placed an order with another company and had a horrible experience. Customer service was basically non-existant. I called all of their numbers listed and every time I got the answer machine to leave a message and I will be contacted...which never happened. I got tired of the phone chasing so fianlly left a message stating I would like to cancell my order. Within a minute of that call they got back with me ASAP...funny how money makes the world go round. Well it was too late and I didn't want to put up with them any longer so I cancelled my order.

That's when I found the reviews for AutoZipper and contacted brian. He was very professional and answered all of my questions and gave me a qoute over the phone. Before and during the delivery, he kept in touch with me almost on a regular basis and geve me an update on the status of my order. The car arrived within the timeframe that he stated and was not damaged which I was sooooo glad. The driver was very courteous and professional. I believe AutoZipper did the very best that they could in working around my timeline for pickup and delivery because I had a very tight schedule.

If I was in need of an auto transport in the future, I will DEFINITELY use AutoZipper again and will referr them to my friends and family. So if you are looking for an auto transport, want the best customer service, and not be worried about your vehicle during the process...call them and you will get the same great service that I got.
