First time user and I'm impressed with the company. From first contact to delivery of the vehicle all questions asked were informatively answered with no misguidance. I was told the shipping route was not that common from a small town in WV to Portland, OR so it would take a bit longer and would cost more than the automatically quoted price. The price estimate given was right on. It turned out that it only took a few days to find a truck for the destination and the vehicle was picked up earlier than expected. Transport time took total of 3 1/2 days with an earlier than expected delivery, which worked well for me. Will use the service again. Friendly, honest, and fast service!
One caveat to those that may not have a flexible schedule, the call notice of pick up and delivery does not give much time for preparation. Pick up notice call was around 6-8 hours in advance and delivery drop-off call was 2-3 hours prior to delivery. I didn't have any problem with that, but I know that for some people that could be an issue.
