Excellent Service from Pick-up to Delivery

I was extremely pleased with AutoStar Transport. I was aprehensive because I've never used an auto shipping service, it was a nice car and it was going across the country. But after submitting my online quote request, I was contacted via e-mail the next day with a quote that was lower than another shipper I had requested a quote for. I contacted Matt and Tammy to get more details, ask questions and close the deal. Both very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. They were also very responsive to my follow-up e-mails & phone calls. They even got me a discount and my car was picked up for shipment within 2 days. I called 3 days after pick-up for a status update and was called back promptly with the information. I was told my car would take ~5 days and my car arrived in 4. Other than dirt from traversing the country, my car arrived with no damage. The auto carrier driver was also courteous and professional. Again, I was very pleased with AutoStar Transport and would definitely recommend them.
