Sometimes I just have to scratch my head. Joanna placed an order with us to have her two vehicles shipped with a first available date of June 5th. On May 31st, almost a week before, she wrote the above review about AutoStar. I immediately called her to see if she would like to change her first available date to one that is earlier, in order to expedite the shipment of her vehicles. Joanna stated she would like to change the first available to Friday, June 3rd. Today, June 1st, I called Joanna because we had a carrier in the area that would be able to load the vehicles for her tomorrow, June 2nd, if she wished to release them. She told me that the vehicles had already been loaded on another truck and were on their way to Virginia. Keep in mind that the original first available release date was the 5th, then the 3rd, and now here we are on the 1st and the vehicles are already gone?
Also in her review above she states that we still have a week from yesterday to fulfill her order. Now again, here we are one day later, attempting our best to accommodate her, only to discover that she has already shipped the vehicles. I truly do not know what we could have done better to please Joanna.
