Transport Company Great, driver...okay

I can't say enough about how great Andrea from AutoStar was. I wasn't in a hurry to move my car and my patience paid off with a good delivery price. The only complaint I have is that the driver took a few hours short of a week to deliver my car when he quoted two days. I would have accepted a few days late of the scheduled DOA, but a week was inexcusable. This, however, is no fault of AutoStar, as the driver was a subcontractor and not part of said company.
What I will do in the future is try and nail down the delivery time by contract, whereby if the driver delivers the vehicle beyond a reasonable, agreeable time, then a portion of the transport fee is forfeited.
