My vehicle showed up ahead of schedule with no hidden fees and no surprises. Mark Lajti was always available to answer my calls and promptly called me back with information and updates as they became available. Everything AutoStar and Mark were responsible for, went well. I have a few rough spots with the delivery driver on the day leading up to delivery, and on the day of delivery, and a few small chips in the glass and paint, but that is not due to AutoStar's customer service. I'd definitely call upon Mark again if I had transport needs.
