Both my wife and I are completely satisfied with the service provided by AutoStar Transport. Our agent, Mark Lajti, was completely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. All pertinent follow-up phone calls, quotes and informational e-mails were received in a timely manner.
Though we experienced a minor incident (carrier was early), Mark, our AutoStar agent, respoded immediately to our call and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction all within a matter 45 minutes!
Great service is so hard to find today. We believe that AutoStar Transport should be very proud of Mark and all the Customer Service Department employees. It is stressful to trust one of your most valuable assets to strangers. However, the employees of AutoStart made us completely relaxed and cofident during this process. Thank you.
