We chose Auto Star because of some of the excellent reviews that we read on the internet. We talked to Mark, one of the company reps and he was very informative and very professional. We chose Auto Star and the entire process was unbelievable. Perhaps it was just luck or coincidence or just plain professionalism but we got a call the very next day saying that our car would be picked up in Illinois and shipped to California. The driver called us when he picked up the car and gave us an estimated time of arrival of Dec. 8. Would you believe he actually showed up on Dec. 7? He called on Dec. 6 and said he would be arriving on Dec. 7 in the afternoon. Around 9:30am on Dec. 7 he called and said he was about 1 1/2 hrs away. Sure enough he arrived at 11:00am! We have had 2 cars shipped from back east to Calif. and by far, this was the easiest and most efficient . I certainly would recommend this company. Thank you Mark Dugger and Auto Star.
