The representative from AutoStar was very knowledgeable and helpful when transporting the car. He answered all my questions and made an effort to get exactly what I wanted. I was in a sticky situation where the car was actually with my mother-in-law. She did not want to say goodbye to her sweet ride so it was great that AutoStar handled the situation with a lot of professionalism and care. They also took down my instructions word for word. They were also ok with me paying upon delivery and also they were very fast in processing the paperwork so the car would be picked up before my MIL could change her mind. The car was picked up a day later (of course this lead to some drama) but it wasn't AutoStar's fault since the carrier was the late one in this case. It would have been ideal if they were on time, but they did call her and I and told us what was going on also the car still got to me (all the way across the country in two days less time then they said over the phone. Overall, I would use this service again. It was a very good service provided in an unpleasant situation.
