I worked with Kellie to set up my car pick up and delivery. I had a lot of questions and hesitations about shipping my car with no experience, and Kellie was really helpful throughout the entire process. I called a couple of times to check on the status of my car because the tracking feature on their website didn't seem to work. I later realized that I probably should have called Sofia, my customer service rep, but she hadn't been very helpful over email - she misunderstood every email I sent, so Kellie was the reliable way to go. Kellie had quick turnaround and really made me feel comfortable.
The car was picked up early and stored for me free of charge until they were able to deliver it to me after Labor Day. It was pretty dirty and had a few scratches, but overall, I was satisfied.
If I ever have to move back to the east coast, I would use this company again.
