I was in desperate need of my truck to be transported from Reno Nevada to Chicago IL. I spoke with Jose at Autostar and gave my information and he immediately was on the job. They allowed me to start my bid low to get the best deal and did not charge me anything until they found a carrier. I told Jose that I did not have the cash to pay the driver upon deliver and if it was ok to pay up front with a credit card, they allowed me to pay with a credit card with no problem and filtered out carriers that needed cash on delivery. It took about a week to find a carrier but that was not bad considering that Reno Nevada is not a big city. Once they found a carrier, they e-mailed me the driver’s information and the driver’s personal cell phone number so I could contact them directly. The trucking company they used (The Boyz Inc.) were very good with communicating with me. They picked the truck up when they said they would and called me regularly to inform me of their location. It took about 5 days to reach me. There was no damage to the truck and everything worked out perfect. I recommend autostar transport to anyone transporting a vehicle cross-country. They are very knowledgeable and honest with fair prices.
