I WAS AT MY SON'S NEW APARTMENT IN PENNSYLVANIA AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED ALL OF YOU TO OTHERS I MET WHO ARE MOVING FROM OUT OF STATE. THIS TRANSACTION WAS FLAWLESS! I WILL ACCEPT THE SMALL REBATE, BUT IT WOULD NEVER BE WORTH IT ON FALSE PRETENSE. THIS IS THE TRUTH AS IT HAPPENED.
