This was the first time we had shipped a vehicle, and our new 2010 CRV was going across the country. I received 5 quotes with a range of $500-to $2000. I decided to contact the 3 that were around $1000. Autostar offered the best customer service, by explaining the process in detail, understanding our timeframes and always following up promptly with phone calls and E mails. The pick-up was within 15 minutes of the specified time frame, and despite sustaining a broken windsheild on the truck, our car arrived one day ahead of schedule! The CRV was immaculate! I called Mark and left a message thanking him for everything. I would DEFINATELY use Autostar agin, and also recommend them to ANYONE who needs to ship a vehicle anywhere! They are reliable, professional, offer fair rates and EXCEED expectations.
