Had to wait and put extra money on the contract to get a carrier to pick up promptly, but after that everything went smoothlly. The customer service contact was great at keeping me informed of the transportation status and had a eagerness to help me get the vechile picked up. I was concerned at first seeing that my vechile had not been picked up and it was nearing the 10 day deadline.
