We needed to ship our minivan from rural Indiana to Honolulu and were expecting to spend a fortune. This company made us a reasonable offer and were very reliable about all the terms, from scheduling a pickup to providing a pdf version of the shipping contract to booking us on a Matson freighter for the ride over to Oahu. When we made the initial inquiry, Darren called me back within the hour to see if our van was ready to be picked up that very day for shipment! Since we still needed to vacuum it out, he was cooperative about scheduling a different driver for the pick-up the following day. The rig who picked up the car was late, but not terribly and it did not inconvenience us. He got our car promptly to the port in California for shipment over. We had no complaints whatsoever!
