Bottom Line: Honest & Execution of delivery was well done; I would use AutoStar again.
They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive, and furthermore among the 5-Star folks I spoke with, they were cordial & again - honest. They followed that honesty up by clearly wanting to know my key (drop dead dates) and worked with me.
I did not get it on the exact date I wanted, but they made my drop dead date & remained honest thru-out the process. That honesty piece (clearly) was #1 in my book.
Mr. Glover, whom I originally booked with, left the company between the time I booked & shipped. Ms. Sophia was tagged to pick-up the ball and made all the appropriate annotations and follow-up. I gotta tell you, I realized that I shipped during the busy season (summer), and so I gave my self another week because I had to have it on the other end (moving my family). Renting a car on the shipping end was a risk I could assume vs. not having it time on the receiving end. Ms. Sophia's frankness/honesty was key in this process.
