Thank you for the great review! It was a pleasure to work with you again, and please call me any time you need a transport! To answer your question about the tracking, let me explain again how that works. On our site, once you submit the tracking request, it immediately notifies dispatch and customer service to contact the carrier for an updated ETA and to find out where they are currently.
