I was overall happy with auto transport because of the way they were in contact every step of the way from beginning to end. They were always willing to work with my pick-up schedule and drop-off schedule as well. The customer represantative and the vehicle transporter were the only ones I spoke to throught the whole tranportation of the vehicle. I did not have to speak to a supervisor or manager to have something cleared up or to start a complaint. The vehicle tranporter , his name is Steve was a very nice man and said that he handles the cars like if they were his very own and in that he made me feel very comfortable in knowing my car would be treated excellently. If I were to use this service again, I would right away because they treat you like if you are number 1. I am overall very happy with Auto star transport and also they have a excellent staff to handle your vehicle transporting needs.
