This was our first experience having a vehicle transported. As I called various companies I began getting an education on the world of automobile transport. Mark Lajti was the contact person with whom I spoke at Auto Star. He listened to my questions, which he answered in a straightforward manner. He clarified and explained the transport process in detail. He also listened to my concerns because our transport situation was a bit unusual. He worked hard to find a transporter that would fill our needs. Within three days of our initial contact Mark had found a transporter who picked up our CJ-7 on the fourth day in New Mexico. Our transporter was courteous and respectful and competent. Louis kept in contact with me and kept me informed of their arrival time and date. Our CJ-7 was delivered 3 days after it was picked up. Louis told me he expected to be in PA about noon. At 11:56 AM Louis had arrived at our designated meeting place. Our initial experience with AUTO STAR, MARK LAJTI, AND THE TRANSPORTER was most favorable.
