The overall experience with the brocker was professional and time was taken to make sure I understood all aspects of the contract. I had no problems with follow-up contact - calls were quickly returned and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The pick-up of my car was on time and effiently handled. My only suggestion for improving the service is to make sure the sender is notified of the delivery ahead of time (the day before at least). In my case, I had to call the shipping co to inquire about the delivery and they called me back after contacting the driver to tell me that the car was to be delivered in about 2 hours-that day. No advance notice. I was unable to meet the driver as I was at a meeting and was able to get my wife to reschedule her afternoon to meet and pick-up the car.
