I called to get my Lexus IS350 shipped from Los Angeles to East Rutherford, NJ. I believe I had placed the call on Monday, and they informed me that it could be picked up anywhere within 5-7 days. He then informed me that he would try and see if he couldn't get me an exact date in which I could have my car shipped out. It just so happened that he had a truck available the very next day! So they picked it up on time on Tuesday, and it arrived in New Jersey 6 days later on Sunday. The man who had come to pick up my car was very nice, as was the person who delivered the car to us in New Jersey. I will not go with another company, and in fact, I am shipping the same car back to Los Angeles this Monday. I have no doubts that the service will be just as excellent and it will not take even 2 weeks in the shipping process. I will be writing another review after I receive my car in Los Angeles probably the week after next. Stay tuned.
