We reached out early in the year with plans to relocate to Florida to have our two vehicles transported from Aurora, IL to Orlando, FL. Sean, from Autostar was the only company who followed up continuously and genuinely to assist us until we closed on our house in June. He provided EXCEPTIONAL professional, polite and courteous customer service in addition to constant communication! Could not have asked for a better experience having never worked with an auto transportation company before. The driver who transported the vehicles was equally nice, and provided updated communication with pickup and delivery. Our vehicles arrived as expected in perfect shape! Cost was fair and reasonable as well!
