The service I received from Auto Star was great. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Each represnetative I spoke with answered all my questions very thoroughly and always had my best interests in mind. Auto Star treated the transport of my Nissan Sentra as if it were their own. I would definitely use the company again in the future. I had never shipped a vehicle before and everyone made me feel very comfortable with doing so. I was on the phone many times with different representatives getting information and making sure that my entire transport from start to finish would run smoothly and everyone was very nice and understanding. The customer service I received was superior. Auto Star is very caring and efficient which is very important when you want to know that something as important as your vehicle is in their hands. My Nissan made it safely from its starting place to its destination and I did not have to worry. I chose the company because of its great reputation for service and accountability. I believe the price I was quoted was fair and it was the best price I found out of all the other companies I had been in contact with. Save yourself some time with searching for a company because Auto Star has the best rates and you are eligible for a rebate at the end!
