I used AutoStar Transport to help with the pick up of my Ford Shelby GT500. I used an online form to get several quotes from different companies and decided to go with AutoStar for several reasons. First, the customer service was excellent. Brittney called me several times during the process to make sure and get me the right truck at the right price and was never pushy. I truely felt like she was trying to help me get the deal done and not trying to sell me a service. Second, even though I know that most of these companies use the same network of trucks, I felt (since they were the only 5 star rated company) that they would be willing to help me out if any problems arose with the transportation. I didn't mind paying a little extra for peace of mind. No problems arose and my car was delivered safely to it's destination over 2,000 miles away in Riverhead NY. Lastly I wanted one company to handle delivery of my GT500 and pick up of my new Viper. I didn't want to deal with more that one person and I felt like Brittney at AutoStar would make sure the whole process ran smoothly and of course it did.
