Autostar Tansport and Logisitcs was super. Price was very competitive and their service was outstadning. Agent (Brittney) explained that they needed a few days to lock on a carrier. I explained that since the vehicle had arrived at the Military Vehicle Processing Center earlier than expected, I would need to arrange air transportation from my home to the pick up point (Pontoon Beach, IL, near St Louis) and get the vehicle loaded within a day or two. She immediately worked to find a carrier who could be there right away and called me back within the hour that she has found a carrier who could meet the date and timeline. Pick up was on time and professional, though drop off was a little later than promised the next day (originally promised for the evening before and then arrived the next day about a half hour after the "new" promised time. Wouldn't be a problem except I needed to get back to the airport for my flight and they had loaded an inoperative vehicle behind mine which had to be off-loaded first). Keeping it in perspective, it was an irritating though fairly minor issue and it was with the carrier; not with Autostar who was great throughout. All in all, I would use Autostar again: good service and a good price.
