After having horrible experiences with two other auto transport companies, (American Auto Transport and Cross Country Auto Transport) I was very pleased with Auto Star from the first contact. I received continual updates on the status of my pickup, it was only one week from the first time I contacted the company to the time it was picked up. It had taken more than a month with the other companies and I still did not get any action. I would recommend Auto Star to anyone that needs to transport their vehicle. Though it did cost a little more than the other companies the customer service outweighed the cost ten times.
